The LFP utilizes Microsoft Excel® for automatic period report generation. Typical reports include daily, weekly or monthly period reports for:

•One product
•One customer/supplier
•One customer, with product sub-totals
•All trucks, with sub-totals for each
•All carriers on one job
•Total incoming fill material


Up to 6 user configurable load details can be manually entered at the LVS Operator console and recorded with each measurement. The LFP ultiliy can filter measurement records by any of these load details to create specific reports.

Reporting Software (Log-File Processor)

The TallyClerk Log-File Processor (LFP) is a free software utility for retrieving measurement records from your Load Volume Scanner (LVS), viewing, editing, sorting and filtering records and generating summary period reports in Microsoft Excel®. Processed records can also be exported to other software packages such as accounting or invoicing software, database applications etc. TallyClerk Ltd can work with you to create an interface for your existing systems. With a direct wired or wireless connection to your LVS the LFP utility provides real-time remote monitoring with up-to-the-minute data for pro-active load management.

  • View current day or selected date/time range, with summary statistics.
  • Sort records by time, vehicle id, scan direction, vehicle operator or any of up to 6 configurable load details recorded for each load.
  • Edit load details for selected records.
  • Filter records by vehicle id, scan direction, vehicle operator or any of up to 6 configurable load details recorded for each load. Up to 3 filters at once.
