A 'PROCEED' message on the LED Message Board signals that the system is ready to scan. The target vehicle then passes below the Scan Head at a slow steady speed (1-6 km/h).
Load Volume Scanner operation
The LVS automatically scans the load, prompts for any load details required, computes the volume and outputs the results to LED Message Board, screen and docket.
Dockets can be printed automatically. All load details are also recorded in log files that can be viewed from the VIEW LOG screen. These logs can be downloaded to USB flash drive or accessed by invoicing and reporting systems through a computer network or internet connection.
